Reconstructing Post-World War II Society Hill

Preserving Society Hill documents the history of the post-World War II urban renewal of the Society Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia. Through the aggregation, digitization, and spatialization of a variety of historical materials, the site aims to reconstruct the reconstruction of a community. Key sources include historical land use maps, photographs, architectural data, and oral histories.
